Finding 3 way link sites

I have been searching and searching and finally found out that google does an actual page rank update 4 times a year. Wanted to see: http://www.buildpr.com But behind the scenes they are checking the current ranks all the time so you may see 0/0 in the page rank bar but if you do a future page rank check it will display what will happen on the next update.
